I’m a retired realtor — when I needed somebody to list my investment condo, the only person I even considered was Matt. He is meticulous, thoughtful, and does his research! My biggest issue was that I needed the condo sold within the calendar year and similar properties had been languishing on the market. Matt got the condo under contract for full price in less than two days, and it closed a month later. He went the extra mile by adding his own drone shots, and virtual furnishing to my listing. This was an absolutely smooth and effortless real estate transaction, thanks to Matt.

We have bought and sold many homes, and Matt is by far the most patient, professional, skilled and knowledgeable realtor we have worked with on either side of the real estate process. It took us 5 years to finally decide on our "perfect" lake house. Matt stuck by us without rushing our decision. Once we found the one we wanted, he went above and beyond to make sure we had all of the information and services that we needed during the negotiation, due diligence and closing phases. He provided guidance and suggestions without pressure. We trusted his advice and are highly satisfied with the outcome. Matt Morano is personable and works diligently to ensure that your home has the best advertisement to spark lots of interest. Even during a pandemic we had 16 showings and five offers within a day! We accepted an offer that was $5000 over asking by the end of the first day of showings! Matt did an excellent job with marketing our home. The personal YouTube video that he did and the photos brought out the great features of our home! Matt even cleaned our windows and they sparkled in the video and photos! Matt is super responsive and a pleasure to work with! This was the second time we had utilized him as a realtor, and we would not hesitate to use him again in the future!

You listened to our needs and helped us find our dream home. You and Eloise were easy to work with and didn't mind our sometimes direct opinion about some of the homes you showed us. You kept trying and finally you succeeded. You both have been helpful beyond what one would expect. You never said you couldn’t do it. We needed a landscaper and you found us one, along with the 30 other contractors. You went from real estate agents to friends. I would recommend you with a 'both thumbs up'. I started working with Matt over a year before we found a home we liked and during that time he was patient, insightful and always available for my numerous questions. Selecting Matt as our Realtor was one of the best decisions we've ever made. We were new to the Charlotte area, and he was able to answer all of our questions. Matt also took the time to come with us to look at different towns and neighborhoods knowing that we weren't ready to put an offer in for another few months. Eventually we settled on new construction, and Matt was able to get us a fantastic deal through negotiations with the builder including appliances, and high end blinds included with the house. Matt also pays close attention to detail on all paperwork, and helped guide us through the sometimes hectic process of purchasing a new home.

We could not have had a better realtor/home buying experience than we had with Matt Morano. We live 500 miles from Charlotte so we needed a realtor who could help us even though we were so far away. Matt was always super responsive by email, text, or voice. We also had a zoom call to get to know each other and so he could determine exactly what we were looking for. When we found a condo online that we were interested in seeing, Matt went to the condo and filmed a video for us. He included his thoughts about the condo and the area in which it was located. This was much so more helpful than just looking at photos. He also called upon his experience and knowledge to give us much needed advice about the purchasing process, lenders, and local contractors. He even gave us recommendations for restaurants, parks, and shopping in the area.
